A PIONNEER
In 1946, members of the Barrette family started by buying the first semi-trailer to serve the region.
In 1959, the enterprise is the first company to transport sawing wood from the Abitibi mills to Montreal with opened trailers.
In 1961, first prepared cement plant installed in the North Western Quebec.
In 1974, purchase of the first crusher.
In 1984, first in the region to buy a modern and productive cement pump.
In 1986, purchase of a new crushing plant, the most modern in the Eastern Canada.
In 1997, the company moves to a new location in front of her gravel pit. The new location is much bigger and more accessible.

Present since almost 50 years, the company is a good partner in the development of the region.
